True Wellness offers therapy both in-person and/or online for added convenience. For telehealth sessions, I use HIPAA compliant video calls that allow you to participate in therapy from the comfort of your own home. Confidentiality is important to me, so it can be helpful to find a cozy quiet corner of your home for our virtual meetings.

Group Therapy

Healing happens in relationship, and group therapy is a great alternative or adjunct to individual therapy. In a supportive environment, you can connect with other people who get what you’re going through. Group is also a great opportunity for teens to build healthy relationships and feel understood by their peers.
